GENERIC: UK ISSUE #103

Issue Title:

Resurrection, part 1

"Dammit, Straxus, I'm a technician, not a miracle worker."

Artist:

Will Simpson

Synopsis:

Optimus Prime is back in the Autobot good-books. So now he's leading the resistance on Cybertron to higher and more gloriousish heights. 'Gloriousish'? Sheesh. Anyway, Prime is on the side of the angels again, and so Straxus is trying to do a mind-swap with Megatron, so's as he'll have a body in which to deal with Prime.

Rant:

Various Generic TFs pop up in this story. There's a couple of Decepticon technicians. One of these guys (or at least, a Transformer of their type) was later rebuilt into Straxus-Megatron.

There's some slaves, being bullied by Octane. It's a nice touch that Octane is the Decepticon overseeing the fuel repository which the Autobots attack in this issue. Added to that, Octane gets to be his bully-boy self, beating up one of the slaves working at the fuel site.

That's not all, nestled in that bunch there's a couple of generic Decepticon warriors, too.

Gallery:

Two Decepticon technicians.  One of the technicians, by himself.

A Decepticon slave drops an energon cube he was meant to be loading onto a transport platform.  Octane prepares to 'discipline' the slave. Note the generic Decepticon guards in the background.
